Ultimii 30 de ani au deschis accesul spre un \u00eentreg univers al cunoa\u0219terii. De la cursuri de preg\u0103tire profesional\u0103, specializ\u0103ri \u00een absolut orice domeniu p\u00e2n\u0103 la cursuri de abilit\u0103\u021bi de comunicare, leadership, ateliere de dezvoltare personal\u0103 ai la dispozi\u021bie o extraordinar\u0103 ofert\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am urm\u0103rit recent o dezbatere \u00een social media legat\u0103 de cursurile de leadership. M\u0103rturisesc c\u0103 nu participasem vreodat\u0103 la un asemenea curs \u0219i dezbaterea mi-a trezit interesul. Intrigat\u0103 \u0219i de opinia unei personalit\u0103\u021bi publice ale c\u0103rei idei de obicei, rezonez, am fost motivat\u0103 s\u0103 explorez mai ad\u00e2nc subiectul \u00eenainte de a \u00eemi forma o opinie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u0219adar, am avut ocazia s\u0103 particip, ca observator, la un modul dintr-un astfel de curs \u021binut pentru o firm\u0103 furnizoare de echipamente comerciale \u0219i industriale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Am avut a\u0219tept\u0103ri?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am decis s\u0103 merg cu mintea deschis\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 idei preconcepute \u0219i mai ales&nbsp;&nbsp;dornic\u0103 de a rela\u021biona cu oameni \u0219i idei noi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u00cent\u00e2lnirea cu Modulul: O Zi Plin\u0103 de Revela\u021bii \u0219i Descoperiri<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Prima zi<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u0219 putea s\u0103 scriu r\u00e2nduri nenum\u0103rate ( am luat noti\u021be) despre subiectul acestui modul, este captivant, chiar \u0219i pentru mine, de\u0219i nu m-am intersectat p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent, cu&nbsp;&nbsp;domeniul de activitate al participan\u021bilor la curs.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc \u00eens\u0103, c\u0103 ar fi mai interesant s\u0103 scriu despre ce chat-GPT nu ar putea relata vreodat\u0103 \u0219i anume despre tr\u0103iri, emo\u021bii, sentimente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dincolo de prezent\u0103rile obi\u0219nuite, piramide, concepte(VUCA), a\u0219tept\u0103ri,&nbsp;&nbsp;strategii, cultura leadership-ului, ateliere, angajamente, organiz\u0103ri, performan\u021be, scop, impact, fezabilitate, \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea prin joc &#8211; prima zi, pentru mine, s-a \u00eencheiat cu un sentiment de bucurie, energie bun\u0103 \u0219i satisfac\u021bia unor lec\u021bii despre mine, \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate prin prisma reac\u021biilor celorlal\u021bi cursan\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De\u0219i ini\u021bial am sim\u021bit o oarecare reticen\u021b\u0103, animozitate \u00eentre cei care participau la curs, ei fiind colegi, pe diferite pozi\u021bii din domenii precum produc\u021bie, IT, mentenan\u021b\u0103, HR, protec\u021bia muncii, \u00een micile pauze aveau atitudini politicoase, respectuoase, colegiale at\u00e2t \u00eentre ei c\u00e2t \u0219i cu trainerul sau cu mine. Pe durata pauzei de mas\u0103, atmosfera fiind \u0219i mai relaxat\u0103 dec\u00e2t \u00een timpul cursului, rela\u021biile dintre ei au devenit tot mai str\u00e2nse, \u00een ciuda c\u00e2te unei replici (r\u0103zle\u021be ce-i drept) mai t\u0103ioase schimbat\u0103 \u00een timpul atelierelor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ca&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00een orice grup, mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin omogen, exist\u0103 mereu un tip mai \u00eendr\u0103zne\u021b, a\u0219 spune, care pune \u00eentreb\u0103ri,&nbsp;st\u00e2rne\u0219te chicote sau de-a dreptul hohote de r\u00e2s, sau opre\u0219te bun\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urare a cursului prin \u00eentreruperi \u0219i p\u0103reri personale, dorind parc\u0103 s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00een dificultate coacher-ul. Nu a fost \u00eens\u0103 \u0219i cazul nostru, deoarece Coca Staicu( trainer-ul acestui modul) a \u0219tiut s\u0103 ias\u0103 cu dib\u0103cie din toate situa\u021biile care mie \u00eemi p\u0103reau dificile, ned\u00e2nd nici o clip\u0103 senza\u021bia ca ea este atot\u0219tiutoare, situ\u00e2ndu-se mereu la nivelul cursan\u021bilor, pun\u00e2nd \u00eentreb\u0103ri \u0219i dorind mereu s\u0103 afle cu adev\u0103rat ce cred sau simt cei de fa\u021b\u0103, \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu o situa\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Dincolo de A\u0219tept\u0103ri: Ziua a Doua \u0219i Puterea Echipei Unite&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Curiozitatea fiindu-mi st\u00e2rnit\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 din ziua precedent\u0103, a\u0219teptam cu ner\u0103bdare modul \u00een care se va desf\u0103\u0219ura a doua zi. L-a rugat s\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 cu noi c\u00e2teva exemplare din ceea ce \u00eel pasiona, iar acest lucru a f\u0103cut ca atmosfera s\u0103 fie una relaxat\u0103, prietenoas\u0103 chiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Datorit\u0103 acestei st\u0103ri de spirit, cursan\u021bii \u00eencepuser\u0103 s\u0103 fie tot mai \u00eendr\u0103zne\u021bi \u00een a-\u0219i exprima p\u0103rerile. Deja deveniser\u0103m o echip\u0103 din foarte multe puncte de vedere. Pentru c\u0103&#8230;nu-i asa?:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>O echip\u0103 nu e un grup de oameni ce lucreaz\u0103&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00eempreun\u0103.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>O echip\u0103 e un grup de oameni ce au \u00eencredere unul \u00een cel\u0103lalt.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0218i de aceast\u0103 dat\u0103 lec\u021biile au fost \u00eensu\u0219ite cel mai bine prin joc. Cu to\u021bii am realizat c\u0103 performan\u021ba este un cumul de rezultate care pot fi atinse prin punerea la un loc a competen\u021belor,&nbsp;&nbsp;comportamentelor \u0219i contribu\u021bia fiec\u0103rui membru al unei echipe. Po\u021bi juca \u00een cadrul echipei rolul de&nbsp;<em>c\u0103l\u0103re\u021b singuratic, supravie\u021buitor, soldat loial<\/em>&nbsp;dar cel mai important e s\u0103 ajungi&nbsp;<em>campion,&nbsp;<\/em>conectat mereu la obiectivul echipei. Procesul de schimbare presupune trecerea printr -o serie de st\u0103ri de la negare, furie, nostalgie, frica, p\u00e2n\u0103 la negociere, luarea deciziilor, ajustare, \u0219i \u00een final angajament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat c\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd avem obiec\u021bii \u00een privin\u021ba unei situa\u021bii, un real obstacol \u00een gestionarea lor(a obiec\u021biilor) \u00eel are&nbsp;<em>filtrul personal.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiecare dintre noi avem un filtru unic care depinde de emo\u021bii, valori, obiective, motive , a\u0219tept\u0103ri, preferin\u021be, educa\u021bie, cultur\u0103,v\u00e2rst\u0103, sex.&nbsp;&nbsp;Toate acestea ne determina deciziile pe care le lu\u0103m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u0103 las dus\u0103 de val \u0219i de pasiunea cu care am absorbit avalan\u0219a de informa\u021bii \u0219i nu apuc s\u0103 exprim ceea ce \u00eemi doream defapt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revenind la emo\u021biile tr\u0103ite \u00een timpul cursului mi se pare important s\u0103 men\u021bionez c\u0103 majoritatea cursan\u021bilor erau persoane relativ tinere, \u00een jurul v\u00e2rstei de 30 de ani, cu unele excep\u021bii(vreo dou\u0103) de aproximativ 40.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Constatare personal\u0103: at\u00e2t fetele c\u00e2t \u0219i b\u0103ie\u021bii mi-au l\u0103sat impresia c\u0103 sunt foarte potrivi\u021bi \u00een pozi\u021biile pe care le ocupau la locul de munc\u0103, pentru c\u0103 \u00een majoritatea situa\u021biilor \u0219tiau despre ce vorbesc, cu o minte &#8220;brici&#8221;, cu discursul la ei. Adic\u0103, nu \u00ee\u0219i ocupau \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103tor pozi\u021biile avute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u00ceN LOC DE CONCLUZIE<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Avem nevoie de leadership?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asa cum am v\u0103zut eu desf\u0103\u0219urarea acestui curs \u0219i dup\u0103 impresia pe care mi-a l\u0103sat-o aceast\u0103 ECHIP\u0102, eu cred c\u0103 nu doar la nivel de companii, ci \u0219i la nivel individual aceste cursuri ar aduce beneficii enorme. De ce spun asta?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru c\u0103 nu doar la nivel de societate ci \u0219i la nivel de individ se simte nevoia de&nbsp;&nbsp;schimbare a unei mentalit\u0103\u021bi. Pentru c\u0103 a\u0219a cum afirmam la \u00eenceput, genera\u021bia mea a fost crescut\u0103 de&nbsp;&nbsp;p\u0103rin\u021bi educa\u021bi \u00eentr-o societate limitativ\u0103 cu idei preconcepute. Vestea bun\u0103 e c\u0103 aceast\u0103 genera\u021bie nu doar c\u0103 este deschis\u0103 spre a acumula noi cuno\u0219tin\u021be dar a crescut \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 lume, a tehnologiei \u0219i a inteligen\u021bei artificiale \u0219i este con\u0219tient\u0103 c\u0103 doar dezvoltarea creativit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i punerea \u00een valoare a unicit\u0103\u021bii personale \u00eei vor ajuta s\u0103 realizeze ce \u00ee\u0219i propun. Potrivit unei idei \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219ate de cei mai mul\u021bi, liderii sunt oamenii care \u0219tiu cum s\u0103 ating\u0103 obiective \u0219i s\u0103-i inspire pe ceilal\u021bi \u00een acela\u0219i timp.
