Pasiunea sa de a lucra cu oamenii de a \u00een\u021belege modul de g\u00e2ndire \u0219i ac\u021biune a acestora o determin\u0103 \u00een prima etap\u0103 s\u0103 urmeze facultatea de psihologie, apoi un curs de formare \u00een coaching, devenind coach certificat \u00een 2015 la International Coach Academy. De\u0219i a oscilat \u00eentre psihoterapie \u0219i coaching,  fiind un om al rezultatelor m\u0103surabile \u0219i al performan\u021bei personale a decis s\u0103 aleag\u0103 acest drum, dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor de leadership, iar timpul care-i r\u0103m\u00e2ne disponibil \u00eel \u00eemparte \u00eentre live coaching unde lucreaz\u0103 cu femei de peste 40 de ani care doresc s\u0103-\u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 stilul de via\u021b\u0103,  pasiunile personale \u0219i familie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cred c\u0103 ar fi interesant pentru noi to\u021bi s\u0103 o cunoa\u0219tem mai bine \u0219i \u00een plan personal \u0219i s\u0103 ne \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 din viziunea \u0219i planurile sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">B.S. : - Bun\u0103 Coca, a\u0219 dori pentru \u00eenceput s\u0103 imi spui ceva despre tine, ce hobby-uri ai, ce faci \u00een timpul liber,  \u0219i dac\u0103 ai un proiect de suflet pe care ai vrea s\u0103-l \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti cu noi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.S. : -  Am multe activit\u0103\u021bi cu care \u00eemi umplu timpul liber. \u00cemi place foarte mult s\u0103 ies \u00een natur\u0103, e una din activit\u0103\u021bile de baz\u0103, de c\u00e2nd \u00eel avem pe Athos,  patrupedul familiei. Dup\u0103 ce se topesc z\u0103pezile, s\u00e2mb\u0103ta \u0219i duminica mergem \u00een drume\u021bii,  iar dac\u0103 \u00een timpul s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii prind o zi liber\u0103 o transform rapid \u00eentr-o plimbare \u00een natur\u0103. Am mai f\u0103cut crochiuri, dar  cam at\u00e2t. \u00cen rest, citesc \u0219i desigur preg\u0103tesc masa \u00een familie, aceast\u0103 ultim\u0103 activitate leg\u00e2ndu-se de cel\u0103lalt domeniu \u00een care activez- wellbeing. \u00cen leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu aceast\u0103 pasiune am un proiect personal de viitor, mi-am propus s\u0103 scriu o carte despre \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea stilului de via\u021b\u0103,  \u00een care se vor \u00eembina armonios tot ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tate mental\u0103, fizic\u0103 \u0219i social\u0103, pentru c\u0103 toate trei sunt conectate \u00eentre ele, iar rezultatul acestei conexiuni ne influen\u021beaz\u0103 extraordinar de mult via\u021ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B.S. : -  \u00ee\u021bi mul\u021bumesc mult pentru complexitatea r\u0103spunsului, iar acum pentru a intra pu\u021bin \u00een sfera de preocupare a formatorului,  spune-mi te rog, ce \u00ee\u021bi propui s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 participan\u021bii la cursul de leadership pe care \u00eel livrezi \u00een cadrul programelor Leadership Land?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.S. : - Curajul de a fi ei.  Am observat c\u0103 mul\u021bi dintre participan\u021bii la curs par s\u0103 fie reticen\u021bi \u00een a se expune complet, prefer\u00e2nd s\u0103- \u0219i ascund\u0103 calit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i s\u0103 le \u021bin\u0103 \u00een umbr\u0103, probabil din lipsa \u00eencrederii \u00een sine. Sunt convins\u0103 c\u0103 este esen\u021bial s\u0103 fii curajos, s\u0103 \u00ec\u021bi exprimi punctul de vedere, s\u0103 pui \u00een aplicare \u00een mod activ cuno\u0219tin\u021bele dob\u00e2ndite,  descoperind \u00een acest fel excelen\u021ba \u00een domeniul \u00een care activezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B.S.: - Cum \u00eei sprijini pe cursan\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i descopere propriul stil de leadership \u0219i cum \u00eei aju\u021bi s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 solu\u021bii atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103 probleme?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.S.: -  Prin \u00eentreb\u0103ri, pentru c\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna r\u0103spunsurile le avem \u00een momentul \u00een care ni se pune o \u00eentrebare foarte bun\u0103. Ca \u0219i coach am \u00eent\u00e2lnit multe cazuri \u00een care de\u0219i cei afla\u021bi \u00een sala de curs,  au experien\u021be  \u0219i rezultate pozitive \u00een anumite contexte, pu\u0219i \u00een fa\u021ba unor situa\u021bii noi, nu con\u0219tientizeaz\u0103 abilit\u0103\u021bile pe care le de\u021bin sau faptul c\u0103 \u0219tiu cum s\u0103 rezolve  acele sarcini. Aici, dac\u0103 pui \u00eentrebarea potrivit\u0103 \u00eei aju\u021bi s\u0103 realizeze c\u0103 ei fac deja acel lucru \u0219i astfel ob\u021bin mai mult\u0103 \u00eencredere \u0219i implicit mai mult\u0103valoare dec\u00e2t dac\u0103 le-ar spune cineva cum s\u0103 fac\u0103 acel lucru.
