De aceea,  ca hobby-uri pot trece pe list\u0103 sportul,  pe care \u00eel practic s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal (squash \u0219i fotbal). Copiii (am un b\u0103iat \u0219i o fat\u0103) \u00eemi ocup\u0103 \u0219i ei destul de mult timp, \u00eens\u0103 partea frumoas\u0103 e c\u0103 ambii sunt la v\u00e2rsta la care facem lucruri \u00eempreun\u0103.Legat de un proiect de suflet, a\u0219 putea spune c\u0103 proiectul Leadership Land este unul care m\u0103 pasioneaz\u0103, e un proiect \u00een care cred \u0219i \u00een care m\u0103 reg\u0103sesc ca perspectiv\u0103, ca valori, ca misiune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B.S. : Ce \u00ee\u021bi propui s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 participan\u021bii de la programul de leadership pe care \u00eel sus\u021bii, \u00een cadrul Leadership Land?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.B. : \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd s\u0103 plece de la curs cu un sentiment pozitiv, \u0219i asta poate nu spune multe dar, cred c\u0103 cele mai pl\u0103cute momente din sala de training sunt acelea \u00een care un cursant spune \"aha, nu m-am g\u00e2ndit la asta \" ,sau \" nu m-am g\u00e2ndit la acest lucru \u00een acest fel \". Am o prezen\u021b\u0103 de peste 15 ani \u00een multina\u021bionale, am \u00een jur de 10 ani de management \u00een aceste organiza\u021bii \u0219i m\u0103 pot identifica destul de bine cu genul de probleme cu care se confrunt\u0103 cursan\u021bii. \u00cemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219esc cu ei \u0219i nereu\u0219itele \u0219i \u00eencerc mereu s\u0103 le transmit c\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 se dea b\u0103tu\u021bi, ci trebuie s\u0103 \u00eencerce.Pe scurt, metoda mea alternativ\u0103 este aceea c\u0103 le ofer alternative p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd g\u0103sesc una care se potrive\u0219te. Focusul este mereu pe pozitiv, pe faptul c\u0103 o solu\u021bie se va ivi mai devreme sau mai t\u00e2rziu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B.S.: Ce feedback ai primit de la fo\u0219tii cursan\u021bi \u0219i cum ai integrat acele sugestii pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi con\u021binutul \u0219i metodele de livrare a programelor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.B.: Cred c\u0103 cel mai important, sau cel pu\u021bin primul feedback constructiv primit care \u00eemi vine \u00een minte a fost s\u0103 nu mai las at\u00e2t de mult pe toat\u0103 lumea s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103. Eu credeam c\u0103 acesta e un lucru bun, \u0219tii? M\u0103 g\u00e2ndeam c\u0103 at\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t omul vorbe\u0219te, e ok \u0219i probabil e bine pentru el. Dar dac\u0103 este un om care vorbe\u0219te foarte mult \u0219i acapareaz\u0103 discu\u021bia, nu e ok pentru ceilal\u021bi. Odat\u0103 primit acest feedback m-am g\u00e2ndit c\u0103 pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 c\u0103 sunt o persoan\u0103 care vrea s\u0103 empatizeze cu ceilal\u021bi, care \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te s\u0103-i fac\u0103 s\u0103 se simt\u0103 \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu sigur, sunt \u0219i un facilitator care trebuie s\u0103 scot la suprafa\u021b\u0103 anumite lucruri, s\u0103 le punctez \u0219i s\u0103 le trec printr-un proces de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Ori atunci c\u00e2nd ai o persoan\u0103 care acapareaz\u0103 discu\u021bia, chiar dac\u0103 e relevant ce spune, la un moment dat acest lucru poate s\u0103 \u00eengreuneze abilitatea celorlal\u021bi de a g\u0103si r\u0103spunsuri la propriile situa\u021bii\/probleme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cealalt\u0103 parte a spectrului am primit tot pe la \u00eenceputul carierei de facilitator un feedback pozitiv, cum c\u0103 programul l-a ajutat at\u00e2t la serviciu dar \u0219i acas\u0103, \u00een plan personal, unde a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit rela\u021bia cu copiii.
