Cu ocazia acestui eveniment, cei de la Newsweek au fost interesa\u021bi s\u0103 afle mai multe despre activitatea Leadership Land, astfel c\u0103 \u00een publica\u021bia lor apare un interviu, care poate fi citit \u00een detaliu \u00een cele ce urmeaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Investe\u0219te \u00een echipa ta: Urm\u0103torul t\u0103u cel mai bun angajat este deja \u00een echipa ta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00centr-o lume \u00een continu\u0103 schimbare, leadershipul devine o abilitate esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru orice organiza\u021bie. Dar cum influen\u021beaz\u0103 un lider performan\u021ba echipei sale? Pentru a \u00een\u021belege mai bine acest aspect,  am discutat cu Cosmin Radu Galu, expert cu peste 18 ani de experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een resurse umane \u0219i formarea liderilor,  fondator al unei firme ce preg\u0103te\u0219te profesioni\u0219ti din \u00eentreaga lume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rom\u00e2nia, punctul de plecare spre succes interna\u021bional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Originar din Arad, Cosmin tr\u0103ie\u0219te de c\u00e2\u021biva ani la Milano, de unde coordoneaz\u0103 programe de training pentru lideri din domenii precum servicii financiare,  v\u00e2nz\u0103ri,  pharma sau industria auto. De\u0219i a studiat Dreptul, interesul s\u0103u pentru formarea liderilor a \u00eenceput \u00eenc\u0103 din perioada facult\u0103\u021bii c\u00e2nd a lucrat ca trainer pentru organiza\u021bii civice.  Dup\u0103 mai multe certific\u0103ri \u00een \u0219tiin\u021bele comportamentale, inclusiv una de la California Board of Behavior Sciences,  Cosmin a devenit un facilitator de succes pentru echipe din \u00eentreaga lume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R: Cosmin, cum a contribuit experien\u021ba ta la dezvoltarea liderilor cu care lucrezi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.R.G.: Experien\u021ba mea m-a ajutat s\u0103 creez medii sigure \u00een care liderii \u00ee\u0219i pot dezvolta abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i pot conduce echipe performante. \u00cen prezent, m\u0103 ocup de preg\u0103tirea unei re\u021bele de exper\u021bi rom\u00e2ni care livreaz\u0103 programe de training la nivel global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R: Cum vede\u021bi impactul inteligen\u021bei artificiale asupra viitorului locurilor de munc\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.R.G.: Cred c\u0103 AI va automatiza multe sarcini dar va aduce \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bi noi.  Managerii vor trebui s\u0103 se adapteze nu doar schimb\u0103rilor tehnologice ci \u0219i celor din pia\u021ba muncii,  unde angaja\u021bii vor c\u0103uta medii care s\u0103 le permit\u0103 dezvoltarea competen\u021belor. Industria care este chemat\u0103 azi s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 rapid aceste provoc\u0103ri este industria noastr\u0103 cea a preg\u0103tirii liderilor \u0219i profesioni\u0219tilor din mediul privat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R: Ne pute\u021bi spune mai multe despre programele de training?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.R.G.: Sigur. Noi combin\u0103m metode de training online, offline, realitate virtual\u0103 \u0219i inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103 pentru a ajuta echipele s\u0103 gestioneze schimb\u0103rile organiza\u021bionale. Este un proces continuu,  nu o solu\u021bie rapid\u0103 de dou\u0103 zile. Lucr\u0103m cu comportamente \u0219i mentalit\u0103\u021bi. Scopul programelor noastre de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare este impactul-unul pe care organiza\u021bia ta \u00eel vede, \u00eel simte \u0219i de care beneficiaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R: Care este percep\u021bia ta despre Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i ce crezi c\u0103 ar trebui schimbat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.R.G.: Sunt foarte optimist. Rom\u00e2nia are un avantaj competitiv extraordinar.  \u00cen multe domenii avantajul nostru competitiv nu mai este costul for\u021bei de munc\u0103.  Trebuie s\u0103 fim con\u0219tien\u021bi c\u0103 suntem la un alt nivel.  Avantajul nostru competitiv este faptul c\u0103 avem oameni tineri \u0219i de v\u00e2rst\u0103 mijlocie cu mult\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103, profesioni\u0219ti extraodinari, oameni ce au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat repede \u00een ace\u0219ti 30 de ani despre cerin\u021bele companiilor private \u0219i a clien\u021bilor din \u00eentreaga lume. Suntem dinamici, competen\u021bi \u0219i avem energie, ambi\u021bie \u0219i mai ales dorin\u021ba s\u0103 demonstr\u0103m. Asta ne diferen\u021biaz\u0103 \u00een compara\u021bie cu alte \u021b\u0103ri unde dinamica este diferit\u0103 pentru simplul fapt c\u0103 dezvoltarea mediului privat nu a fost tulburat\u0103 de dictaturi, cum s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat la noi dup\u0103 al doilea r\u0103zboi mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceea ce ieri era un dezavantaj acum a devenit un avantaj. Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat \u0219i crescut \u00een ace\u0219ti ani. Repede, a\u0219 spune.  Mi-a\u0219 dori s\u0103 vorbim mai mult despre succesul acesta \u0219i s\u0103 fim mai optimi\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R: Ce v\u0103 motiveaz\u0103 \u00een activitatea de trainer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C.R.G.: Motiva\u021bia mea vine din dorin\u021ba de a contribui la dezvoltarea \u0219i consolidarea mediului privat de afaceri. Inova\u021bia \u0219i serviciile de care ne bucur\u0103m se nasc \u00een acest mediu. Ca trainer am ocazia s\u0103 v\u0103d schimb\u0103ri directe, imediate at\u00e2t la nivel de mentalitate c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een calitatea serviciilor \u0219i produselor.  V\u0103d \u0219i \u00een\u021beleg bine aceast\u0103 leg\u0103tur\u0103.
