Francesca is a Co-Active trained coach with a 10+ year background across fast-growing scale-ups and large multinational corporations, and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. As a coach, she guides individuals through complex, uncertain moments, helping them reconnect with their values, get unstuck, and find the confidence to act in their personal or professional lives.
Her career has spanned sustainability, corporate learning and development, and retail. As an Enablement Manager, she facilitates hands-on workshops and trainings where business needs intersect people development, an experience that keeps her coaching practical and centered around people.
Francesca firmly believes in action before reflection as the way through feeling stuck. Often, the clearest insight comes not before we move, but from the momentum the first step creates. Her goal is to help clients access the confidence already within them to take that first step toward change.
