At the beginning of this month, the Leadership Land team gathered in Arad for a workshop where strategies for the year 2024 were discussed. In a friendly and professional atmosphere, many aspects regarding the direction, objectives, and role of each team member were clarified, so that at the end of the year we can be satisfied with our work.
We understood that “0 slides – an authentic experience” is not just a slogan, but a perfectly achievable goal, which will allow our collaborators and clients to realize this themselves once they enter the training room. This arena is dedicated to direct dialogue, the discovery of innovative strategies and the accumulation of skills through working with real case studies anchored in business realities. Moreover, our clients value the way this approach focuses on achieving tangible results, while also providing the opportunity to effectively assess the applicability of the techniques learned during the training sessions.
The series of meetings continued with the event in Sibiu, the “Leadership Land Winter Academy”, where aspects related to the content and delivery of our programs were discussed as part of the Train the Trainer program. We made sure that the trainers are not only very well prepared, but also live authentic and revealing experiences from which they will share with future trainees.
It was three intense days where the trainers felt like on a roller-coaster, as emotions alternated from demanding to pleasant; the interactive program with simulations of situations, role-playing, debriefings, was a valuable investment of time and resources. They discovered that being a part of an efficient team does not mean to be irreplaceable but rather to become indispensable through your unique contribution. The meetings during lunch and dinner breaks aimed to connect the groups of trainers, creating a friendly and fun atmosphere, and the feeling that they are a team with a common mission was shared by all.
We realized that the purpose of this Winter School was achieved when participants stated that they left Sibiu with increased confidence, extensive knowledge, and a set of practical tools that will help them effectively train the teams they work with.
